I work where genomics meets software engineering: building sequencing and bioinformatics infrastructure in industry, and teaching bioinformatics, biotechnology, and computational biology at the Faculty of Biology, UGM.

• 🏭 At IGF: I lead the technology behind our genome sequencing services, including data pipelines, compute infrastructure, and turning raw reads into results clients can use.
• 🎓 At UGM: I teach bioinformatics, biotechnology, and systems biology, and I supervise students working on genomics and bioinformatics.
• 🔬 Research interests: microbial genomics, biosynthetic gene clusters, pangenomics, and reproducible workflows.
