Implement a hardware/software watchdog reset in the dashboard firmware. It should be automatic and restore the state of the dashboard to a known state. My suggestion of state would be our shutdown state (which is non-existent at this point but linked in this #585 )
Additionally this code will be built on top of #572 and #585 , however this shouldn't be a significant issue in terms of development. We will correctly merge them once made
