Update the Dashboard with new signals

Add the following signals to dashboard:

• battery temps
• motor and ignt temps
• hv battery voltage
  • SG_ PackVoltage : 0|16@1+ (1,0) [0|255] "" DASH
  • SG_ PrechargeVoltage : 16|16@1+ (1,0) [0|255] "" DASH
  • SG_ MaxPackVoltage : 32|16@1+ (1,0) [0|255] "" DASH
• hv battery current
• lv battery vtolage and current
• fc status message.

For signals not sent to DASH, forward them over FC to DASH.

Check frequency of all signals to make sure they are sent correctly.
