Adds functionality that collects time series metrics for a number of (hopefully) useful things. These are stored in memory for 1 hour, and included in
/spark profilerand/spark healthoutput. They also update live when the profiler is opened in that mode.Additionally, refactored the health commands a bit.
/spark healthnow opens a live view, similar to/spark profiler open.
