Kenyan flag is broken

[sleepersubject12]

The Kenyan flag is broken, and isn't as should be. I'd really appreciate a fix for this

I'd really appreciate if you could give more info. How are you using the flags?

Renders fine right now:

There's something up with it. Most viewers are fine but Windows Explorer doesn't like it (or Gabon, or the 1x1 version of France, all of which just render black).

I did notice the top bar is #000001, unlike the #000000 used on Wikipedia, so there's something to change at the same time if it's wrong.
