Adds Window Frame Rules, a configurable Cinnamon extension that applies colored frames to windows based on title, class, instance, window type and focus state.
Features:
The extension was tested on Cinnamon 6.4.8 under X11.
Validation result:
./validate-spice window-frame-rules@muckylixxNo errors found. Everything looks good.
