Better train position estimates

Rather than just simple linear interpolation / extrapolation, also account for:

• Train acceleration / deceleration
• Maximum track and/or trainset speed
• Trains which have not moved in successive GPS updates, indicating that we probably shouldn't optimistically update their estimated position
