Fixes GHSA-269g-pwp5-87pp / CVE-2020-15250 (TemporaryFolder file permissions). Test classpath only. 4.13.1 is the first patched release (Dependabot #1066); 4.13.2 is the last 4.x line. JUnit 4.13 adds Assert.assertThrows, which collides with Eclipse Collections Verify.assertThrows on lambda/method-ref call sites in the generated IndexTreeLongLongMap tests. Those ten calls now use Assert.assertThrows.
