Vulkan support broken on SD865

Bug Description

Starting with Vulkan either doesn‘t start a game or is extremely slow. OpenGLES works but slow.

For example: Family Guy shows intro text nearly black, no FOX animation and game is black after menuscreen. Worked in earlier versions.

Expected Behavior

Start as before on Snapdragon 865

Was working on last version or the one before.

Are you using a custom driver? There's not any reason for vulkan to be slower now. If anything it should be faster with the latest update. The not rendering stuff is how the system driver is on alot of devices.

Yes custom driver. Same as before and tried others too.

MrPurple T19 or 21 was stable all the time. Now some games even won't start and others are very slow or have stuttering like its buffering. With OpenGLES they work but slower as with Vulkan.

Tried with Doom 3 (Intro was 30fps or so, playable before with Vulkan) which now has a 1-2 fps intro.
Also Halo which has now lower framerates, Family Guy, Simpsons Hit and Run, they are all slower now.
Family Guy for example shows the first intro screen with text completely darkened, the Fox Video + 2K Video + High Voltage Animation are completely missing and when entering the game the screen stays black with sound on on the Level 1 cutscene - but works in usual OpenGLES-speeds when using OpenGLES 🤔

@izzy2lost I've now uninstalled the PlayStore version and installed the GitHub versions - which should be the same (?).

I have made 2 comparison videos of 1.2.3 and 1.2.4...

This just links to a 404 page. Can you tell me what the difference is? There shouldn't be any difference except when I have to upload it to Google play it has to be a aab instead of APK. Maybe a build flag is messed up or something. Is it worse or better with the play store version? I can't see your examples

Sorry, my fault. Videos weren't published to the public, now they should work.
You should clearly see the difference.

PS: The versions should be the same I guess. I just wanted to clear everything (caches, data) and have the APK files locally.
