Publish request coordination and current-design support from canonical source 1cfde9cb242e0690e2fa2f9f19e9b69d2bd52737.

Follow-up requests can retain additions, changes, cancellations and relationships to queued or running work. Codex and Claude Code workflows record dispatch ownership, require current source-bound design review and distinguish worker delivery from integration into the actual target checkout.

The official publisher generated one release commit on public parent f11f41fc8027fae6afbbff8987dc09e711b4396c. The manifest records 2,916 allowlisted files. Private operational records and private Git history are excluded. Independent release review found no introduced scope, privacy or documentation mismatch within the inspected diff.

Validation:

• Canonical full oracle: 2,685 tests, one declared adopter opt-out.
• Fresh public full oracle: 2,678 tests, three declared opt-outs for intentionally excluded adopter/package/signature context.
• Distribution tests: 30 passed in each checkout.
• Documentation and checker/detector fixtures passed in both checkouts.
• Public manifest verification and executable first-proof demo passed.
• Public pull-request kernel, browser and provenance CI passed.

Private Actions jobs could not start because GitHub reported account billing/spending restrictions; they are not claimed as passing CI. Claude native acceptance remains explicitly incomplete after organization403. Existing Codex native acceptance evidence retains its original tested scope.

Merge with rebase after all public checks pass, preserving the single release commit and its recorded public parent.
