Conversation
Add one inactive compile-through diagnostic with a fixed pre-native cutoff, bounded original bootstrap capture, and the shared post-0056 history mode. Record its finite allocation and preserve all separate execution gates. Refs: #108

Summary
The final Native AOT graph still lacks original ordered compiler/native inputs.
Add one inactive, credential-free diagnostic that completes Core, Windows and CLI
Csc tasks, captures the original ILC response and fixed native-input producers,
and fails at AUTH108NATIVEINPUTSTOP before ILC or linker execution. Preserve the
consumed failed 0056, reuse guard 0055, and reserve only the new successor 0057
when separately admitted.
Authorization and Scope
Issue #108 and
the accepted Windows Slice Wave
authorize this bounded credential-free protocol/source preparation. The existing
Windows Slice validation protocol remains canonical. No new record family,
control, account operation, toolchain installation or product change is proposed.
The protocol transfers one unused prospective unit from Linux to Windows within
the existing 120 build/test allowance. Only the later admitted reservation would
charge 88/120. Preparation remains 15/16, publication 0/12 and synthetic scenarios
48/60, preserving twelve final CLI cases. It provides one 900000 ms original
clock and no retry or refund.
Behavior and Evidence Boundaries
The target adds only ProvideCommandLineArgs to the original compiler controls;
actual original Csc tasks must succeed. Complete task/binlog metadata and original
preserved compiler responses remain required. Companion item files cannot replace
response files or establish native execution. Native setup and compiler/generator
effects need exact admission before launch.
The controller retains bounded output and files under a fresh owned root, uses the
unchanged ordinary guard, and preserves original failure and deadline semantics.
Its closed bootstrap frame reports only stage/outcome/exception type. The dispatcher
privately retains bounded original transport before interpretation; raw transport
is not published. The shared history adapter adds one disabled mutually exclusive
mode with the accepted post-0056 handoff, original paired reservation and result
join. Ordinary readers reject an unaccepted later suffix.
All source activation, materialization, history and execution gates remain disabled;
new source and payload pins remain unset. Merge does not admit parsing, imports,
materialization, launch, original-evidence reads or final publication. No original
experiment-root access or candidate execution was performed for this change.
Validation and Review
Full hk check --all passed all 32 conformance groups on the final snapshot,
including schema/catalog/identifier, link, whitespace, current/history secret and
actionlint checks. Independent full source/research-evidence/record-system review
by wave_review found no material findings. The sealed review is 21953 bytes,

Root identified a requested-versus-returned bootstrap bound mismatch. Independent
triage by lifetime_triage classified it as a true positive. The correction labels
4097 as returned bytes and derives the distinct request/call ceilings from the
existing pump loop, without changing capture behavior or adding reads. The sealed

Remaining Acceptance
Exact activation and effects/physical/source admission, diagnostic execution and
interpretation, final graph and publication, artifact review, CLI/WSL and real WAM
and selected-account reuse remain incomplete. This source proposal makes no new
runtime observation or support claim.
