- Merge German instructions + instruction_steps into all 1,324 exercises - Regenerate embedded EXERCISES in index.html with German data - Add 'de' to LANG_LABELS, LANG_FLAGS (🇩🇪) and langs array - Update setup.html (instructions_de column) and exercises.schema.json enum - Update README to 12 languages

I thought it might be a good idea to include the language of Arnold Schwarzenegger. 💪🏻😉🇦🇹🇩🇪
Note that I did the translation with AI - Codex (5.6 Sol), I speak German natively and I proofread some of the translation but not everyhthing.
