…est-rust sub-crates - Add rust_clippy targets for fuzztest, coverage, engine, and options sub-crates. - Deny clippy::absolute_paths and unused_imports crate-wide. - Clean up existing lints by importing types at the top level and removing redundant lifetimes and returns.
