adds Scala SchemaRef JSON packing, unpacking, and JSON Schema rendering

shares decoded reflected schema definitions, validates awaited output presence, and rejects non-awaited streaming methods
adds focused SDK tests, the golem-agent-reflection-scala skill and generated guide, harness coverage, and a locally deployed playground proof
