Delegate git operations and safety redaction to git-harness

Summary

Follow-up to #19. Removes duplicated git primitives and safety redaction from git-rain in favor of github.com/git-fire/git-harness v0.3.1.

• internal/git/operations.go — thin delegates for GetCommitSHA, GetCurrentBranch, HasStagedChanges, HasUnstagedChanges, ListWorktrees; commandError uses harness SanitizeText
• Drop internal/safety/ — callers import github.com/git-fire/git-harness/safety directly
• Add internal/git/safety_test.go smoke tests for freeze-message and redaction behavior via harness

Not in scope: scanner.go / types.go (rain-specific repo modes and ctx cancellation remain local).
