This updates the extension metadata to include the currently supported GNOME Shell 50.x versions.
Forge has been confirmed to work on Fedora with GNOME Shell 50.4, but the extension metadata only listed up to 50.1. This causes the extension to be marked as unsupported in some environments even though it runs correctly.
This change updates the shell-version metadata to reflect the real compatibility range without changing functional behavior.
