Overview
Adds reproducible source records for Genjyuu Gothic, the final distinct Noto Mono family, and Pretendard 1.3.9 with their complete default-width sources, upstream licenses, and source-derived descriptions.
Supersedes the Pretendard portion of #139 with the new registry source format.
