Group Map

in FSBlackBox we were able to set a group, but the new addon doesn't have that ability in the config file. Is it supported? Also, when I tested the new version I didn't show up in the live map, yet fsblackbox works. Any suggestions?

group will be supported.
With the "new version" when you say you are not visible on the live map you speak about your ingame panel "advanced VFR map" or https://flightsim.cloud/map/global ?
Note that you don't have to run fsblackbox if you use the in game panel.

Sorry, when I said not visible on the map, I was talking about the global map on https://flightsim.cloud. I went back to fsblackbox and that worked fine.

I just tried again with Advanced VFR Map, I didn't show up on the global map until I opened the ingame VFR map. Then I showed on the Global map. Maybe a coincidence?

I set that the config file has a "group" line set to global. Is it okay to change that?

You have to open the addon to make it active and to be displayed on the map (you can minimise it after) .
And no, do not change "group" it will not work. That's why there is a "do not edit after".
As i said group/private map will be supported, be patient ;)

Thanks for all of your work on this, great addon! It seems to be working just fine. I look forward to seeing future additions. Is there a posted roadmap of features you are looking to include?

No there is no official roadmap. The main reason is that when we have an idea, we don't know if we can implement it. The SDK documentation is really poor and even inexistant for this part of the game.
