To avoid failing pipelines after PRs that are created by the CMS, auto-run prettier in the browser before saving. Prettier itself is packaged via the new Vite build (#1217). It also includes a workaround for facebook/lexical#9323.

This allows us to self-host all dependencies and avoid unnecessary calls to a CDN to ensure GDPR compliance.
Unfortunately, it makes running the CMS locally a bit more complicated, so I added a section to the CONTRIBUTING.md.
