A terse workflow for genome assembly, gene annotation and taxonomic classification

Reads were generated by Oxford Nanopore Technology R10.4.1 new flowcell.

This repository contains three bash scripts for assembly by Fly + Medaka polishing step, gene annotation by prokka and Taxonomy classification by GTDBtk, given all setups are already done properly. The results are published in paper.
