feat(gap): flux plots use the SCREEN style and a compact outside legend - #152

plot_region_fluxes now uses screen_style (Equinor font, 200 dpi), one legend outside the axes with a fixed colour per case, and an opt-in --label-mode changed that labels cases with only the recorded inputs that differ between them, sorted by those values.
