Independent versions page, ZipxModver.publish in Packs, ShipCatalog in Caching, OnDefaultPush in Job conditions. examples/monorepo uses ShipGroup libs plus Ship client, ZipxModver, and CacheEpoch.ShipCatalog. Bump sbt and sbt-remote-cache to 2.0.8 everywhere, including scripted.
