Bumps sbt to 2.0.7 and regenerates zipx outputs. zipx dogfoods in-dev, so there is no sbt-zipx plugin pin to bump.
The companion keeps the dogfood preSteps (
cli/publishLocalplus export ofZIPX_CLI_VERSION) and theexamples/monorepoextraSteps. Verify runs the full suite under sbt 2.0.7 andzipxWorkflowCheckconfirms the committed YAML matches generate output.
