Moves the build onto sbt-zipx 0.8.1 and sbt 2.0.7, and regenerates the zipx outputs.
The visible behavior change is in the scheduled
zipx-version-updates.ymlcompanion: catalog rewrites no longer load sbt. The job installscsthrough thezipx-sbt-setupcomposite (newcoursierinput) and runscs launch rocks.earlyeffect:zipx-cli_3:$ZIPX_CLI_VERSION -- catalog update --yes --verify-load, then the unchangedzipxPinUpdate yes+zipxCatalogGeneratetail. The release writesZIPX_CLI_VERSION=0.8.1intoproject/zipx-ci.env.Everything in this diff is generated except the two version inputs (
project/plugins.sbt, theSbtVersionrow). Verify runs the full suite under sbt 2.0.7 andzipxWorkflowCheckconfirms the committed YAML matches generate output.
