Lunar 1.5.0-beta.6 requires laravel/framework ^12.0|^13.0 and PHP 8.3+, so the L11 CI matrix (which constrained illuminate/support:^11) could not resolve dependencies. Update composer constraints to match and drop the L11 matrix entries from static-analysis and tests workflows.
