The PHP8-compatible versions of WPBrowser & Codeception, that we use to run integration/acceptance tests on plugins like dxw-Comment-Notifications and dxw-Digest, have changed the way they communicate with databases. They now require these additional extensions to be able to do so. Adding them to our local image means we will be able to upgrade those tests to work on PHP8.

@MarikaBBB this PR is really part of #65 so we should close this and cherry-pick commit 541e3cd onto the ned of #65 so the whole of the work can be reviewed together |

This PR is a follow up to the issue #57 and #65. The purpose here is to extend the ssl-certification expire date form 1st of March 20225 to 1 February 2035
