Removing messages that are being spammed across multiple channels and muting (or maybe even kicking or banning) the sender to prevent something like a bot spamming an invite link to "egirls paradise".

Modus operandi:
100 long queue of message hashes, link to on_message hook.

if a message hash pops more than 3 times, consider it spamming.

mute, and send an automod with action options to staff-chat.
