Post-release updates for DWO v0.43.0.

• Copies v0.43.0 OLM bundle files and channel entries to main.
• Restores the missing v0.42.0 digest bundle file.
• Adds PR fix: handle non-passphrase SSH prompts in askpass script #1658 to CHANGELOG.md.

Tested locally with opm validate.
