P1 Badge Keep Jackson annotations aligned with the 3.2 BOM

When this platform is raised to Jackson 3.2.x, the BOM manages com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-annotations at 2.22, but the existing resolutionStrategy above still forces every com.fasterxml.jackson.core dependency, including annotations, to 2.21. Jackson databind 3.2 references new 2.22 annotation types such as JsonApplyView during introspection, so server JSON serialization/deserialization can fail at runtime with NoClassDefFoundError even though dependency resolution succeeds; please update or remove that force together with the BOM bump.
