Reintroduce ArgumentException polyfill methods and TryGetNonEnumeratedCount extension for compatibility with older .NET versions. Restore all related unit tests, including those for argument validation helpers and ArgumentOutOfRangeException polyfills, with minor updates for clarity (e.g., double literals). Add ArgumentTests.cs for ThrowIfNullOrWhiteSpace coverage. Ensure all files are properly namespaced and annotated, providing full test coverage for argument validation polyfills.
