Summary of Changes
This PR updates the EG 01-EG 23 fuel cycle input file to simplify deployments and add in names for prototypes, commodities, and recipes to be more intuitive and help a new user follow along with the input file. This PR also adds in a notebook to do some analysis on the advanced fuel cycle output data base and show some of the features of Cymetric.
Design Notes
I tried to document the general idea of each section of code in the notebook. Please make sure it all makes sense.
