docs(site): remove duplicated site title from page titles - #7

jekyll-seo-tag already appends the site title, so page titles ending in "— Darkkle" rendered as "Development — Darkkle | Darkkle". Shorten the sub-page titles and drop the title on the overview page so it renders as "Darkkle | True-black dark theme for Google Sheets". Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

jekyll-seo-tagappends the site title automatically, so page titles ending in "— Darkkle" rendered asDevelopment — Darkkle | Darkkle. Before / after:
//development/community/privacy/getting-startedIntroduced by #6. Title tags are a high-weight ranking and snippet element, so the duplication is worth removing.
