- Add pre-commit to github workflows and remove custom verification to hit all files - shfmt uses .editorconfig - taplo (toml) uses .taplo.toml - yamlfmt uses .yamlfmt.yml The config files mean this is picked up by editors, and pre-commit will enforce the formatting for CI and users that use pre-commit.

Format syntax used from sync gateway repo, then just ran pre-commit on top of the code.
