EVE, journal, osquery, EVTX, PCAP/PCAPNG, xlsx/ODS, SQLite, Avro, ORC — plus the
existing csv/tsv/json/ndjson/zeek/parquet/arrow.

No code changes; version metadata only. The full workspace passes fmt / clippy /
tests (both feature sets) and the 0-surviving-mutant gate.
