Adds Canton Swap Broker to the ecosystem page under Services/Endpoints, same pattern as #391 (On-chain Forensics).

• What it is: x402-payable wrapper around the OneSwap escrow-swap SDK (Canton Network DEX). AI agents get live market catalogs, CC↔token swap quotes, escrowed cross-user swap creation and lifecycle tracking — pay-per-call, no API keys.
• Pricing: $0.02–$0.05 USDC per call, x402 v2 (exact scheme), Base (eip155:8453). info/status/openSwap free.
• Live: since Oct 16, 2026, three settled mainnet Canton swaps executed through the broker. Listed on PayAPI Market (payment-verified).

Files: metadata.json + 1024px logo, mirroring the existing partners-data structure.
