Description
Adds Tolca to the ecosystem page (Services/Endpoints).
Tolca is a live x402 service on Base (USDC): Québec contractor check (RBQ licence, RENA, environmental penalties, SEAO public contracts), company verification from official registries, and web search that reads the pages for you. Pay per call, no keys, MCP server at https://tolca.tonbot.ca/mcp, discovery at https://tolca.tonbot.ca/.well-known/x402. Listed on the Bazaar and x402scan.
