Description
Adds one ecosystem entry for OrionCMD Agent APIs (https://orioncmd.com): pay-per-call APIs for agents in USDC on Base (website security checks, ransomware claim lookups, SaaS vendor status, invoice tools, email deliverability tests). No accounts or API keys.
