Adds x402.eleeth.com to the ecosystem page under the Services/Endpoints category, per the submission process in typescript/site/README.md.

x402.eleeth.com is a live store with 34 paid x402 v2 endpoints on Base mainnet (USDC), verified working:
web search, page reader, AI chat, AI image/video generation, text-to-speech, podcast generation, crypto/weather/stock/fx/news/dns/wayback/rss/summarize/whois/certs/seo/github/arxiv/wiki/sec/feargreed/holidays APIs, plus box-hosted tools (website screenshot, JS-rendered page reader, image OCR, file metadata, PDF text extraction). No account, no API key — the payment is the credential.

Tests

Verified the 34 endpoints return HTTP 402 payment challenges on Base mainnet with the Coinbase CDP facilitator, and that paid calls settle and return results. Confirmed metadata.json follows the documented schema and the new SVG logo renders.
