Quirkbot Windows Drivers Installer

Build instructions (Windows)

Downdload and install NSIS (testd with 3.0b1).
Right click build.nsi and select ```Compile Script``.
Wait for Quirkbot-Windows-Drivers-Installer.exe to be generated.
