🟡 Removed RPC methods remain advertised
When node-latest-tag advances to v0.32.1, the site still advertises the removed da RPC methods. Integrations following both guides fail.

The v0.32.1 release removes the deprecated da Go package and JSON-RPC namespace, while constants/mainnet_versions.json now drives Mainnet Beta installation and Docker guides to that release. Update the versioned Node API documentation and related RPC guidance for v0.32.1 so current-version users are not offered da methods. Review app/build/rpc/components/NodeAPIContent.tsx, app/build/rpc/node-api/page.mdx, the OpenRPC assets under public/specs, scripts/generate-llms.js, and the canonical .agents/skills/celestia/SKILL.md plus its published public/SKILL.md copy. Preserve older versioned API references for users running v0.31.4.
