Replaced string concatenation (`src + "-" + dst`) with a zero-allocation
struct key (`edgeKey{src, dst}`) when populating the deduplication map in
`BuildGraph` to avoid massive O(n^2) garbage collection bottlenecks.

Replace string-concatenated map keys with a zero-allocation edgeKey struct in the topology builder, reducing heap allocations and GC overhead in dense graphs while improving BuildGraph latency and memory usage.
