Add a courseid to the table so we can filter or group by course

We may even later expose reports to the course coordinator to help them clean up their content

• We want to avoid the collector doing course lookups, so push the $COURSE id through when setting the collector url in the same way as we do for the user id
• be able to delegate out visibility of the reports to each course manager

I think we are creating a separate task to actually display the course id in the table, right? I am creating a patch that creates a new DB field in the local_csp table and stores the course. That can get merged and we can focus on what to do with it, right? That was what was discussed IIRC.

I think the mvp here is to show it as a new column, just like many of the other columns it will be a new row level display only query that pulls in the top N courses for each row. Display the course shortname and the (4) count after it like the others too
