Building an admin dashboard

An admin dashboard to approve or reject a project to be added to the final projects page with login for the admin dashboard
Sign-up should not be possible, and username and password should be saved in plain text in the database for the admin dashboard only. Where we'll add the username and password to the database for admins to log in!
