Members can now send @boxliteai /link notion and approve their account through a private, expiring link. Linear and Notion share the browser flow while keeping registrations, callbacks, and stored credentials separate by provider and requester. Existing Linear behavior and terminal linking remain supported.

Validation: local tests cover consent, refresh, replay, cross-provider callbacks, and requester isolation; the Notion command also failed on the unchanged baseline. Real provider consent remains untested.

Closes #44. Part of #43; Google linking and private channel sessions follow separately.
