Adds FMA to the id_prefixes of gross anatomical structure. Fixes #1827.

  • FMA is already a valid prefix for the parent class anatomical entity, and the FMA (Foundational Model of Anatomy) is mostly gross anatomy. Add model-organism anatomy prefixes to GrossAnatomicalStructure #1747 left this as an open question when it added the model-organism anatomy prefixes; this answers it.
  • It's listed last, so UBERON and the other existing prefixes keep their precedence.
  • Only biolink-model.yaml is edited; project/ and src/ artifacts are regenerated on merge, as usual.
  • Checked locally: yamllint, make test-python (25 passed) and make lint.

This is needed by Babel/NodeNorm: without it, FMA identifiers are dropped from cliques typed biolink:GrossAnatomicalStructure (NCATSTranslator/Babel#1134).

- FMA is already a valid prefix for anatomical entity, and the FMA is mostly gross
anatomy, so gross anatomical structure should accept it too (#1827).
- Listed last so UBERON and the other existing prefixes keep their precedence.
