The symfony openresponses platform bridge does not get shown as a provider

I am checking out this incredible extension.

In my tests i noticed that with "symfony/ai-open-responses-platform" installed still no openresponses provider is shown when try to add such a llm provider configuration.

My agent says, that this comes from Classes/DependencyInjection/SymfonyAiCompilerPass.php is not marking a constructed catalog with empty model catalog as no dynamic which then results in dropping the provider.

If i am correct i need the openresponses platform bridge to connect self hostef open ai compatible llms.

My generated patch looks like this, but i am not able to really understand, if this is the real issue or not.
