Description of the issue
For the initial Selinux support, we manually build selinux-enabled AMIs and referenced those AMIs in our selinux test matrix (
CloudwatchSelinuxAL2v4*andCloudwatchSelinuxAL2023*). These AMIs are not regularly updated.We switched to building selinux-enabled AMIs via image builder to receive regular updated, but never updated the tests to use them.

Switch test matrix to use the continuously updated selinux-enabled AMIs
