The dependency bump left flake.lock pointing at a nixpkgs from May that predates Rocq 9.2 support, so the flake no longer evaluated. Bumping nixpkgs alone is not enough, because nixpkgs' own compatibility tables have not caught up with 9.2 for two of our dependencies. - nixpkgs: bump to a revision whose mathcomp-ssreflect 2.6.0 supports 9.2. - deriving: select release 0.2.3 explicitly. It does support 9.2 — the released metadata in rocq-prover/opam declares `coq < 9.3~` — but nixpkgs' defaultVersion switch still stops at 9.1 and so resolves to null, marking the package broken. (The `coq < 9.2~` bound in deriving's own repository is a stale `dev` template, not the released metadata.) - coq-lsp: no 9.2 release is tagged upstream, and nixpkgs stops at 0.2.5+9.1; build the upstream v9.2 branch instead. - rocq-mcp: stop following our nixpkgs and pin the revision its own flake.lock was tested against. It is pure Python and independent of the Rocq version, and on a nixpkgs this recent its dependency chain pulls in python3-inline-snapshot, whose test suite fails. Actris stays pinned at fa669607; its lock entry is unchanged. Also correct the dependency versions in CLAUDE.md, which the bump updated in README.md but not here, and record why the Nix build needs the two overrides.
