概要

ADR-053 (Stop hook による tool call leak 検知) の一時作業ファイル docs/stop-tool-call-leak-plan.md を削除します (WP-7 完了)。

背景

• 本ファイルはセッション破損・別モデル引き継ぎに備えた一時的な作業計画ファイルで、ファイル自身のヘッダおよび PR feat(hooks): Stop hook による tool call leak 検知を追加 (ADR-053) #261 の説明文で「作業完了時に削除」と明記していました
• PR feat(hooks): Stop hook による tool call leak 検知を追加 (ADR-053) #261 のマージにより実装が完了したため、予定どおり削除します
• 設計判断・調査結果は docs/adr/adr-053-stop-tool-call-leak-detection.md に永続化済みです

変更内容

• docs/stop-tool-call-leak-plan.md の削除のみ (docs-only、ADR-035 該当)
