Ships the
transparencyfix from #109.Patch rather than minor: it relaxes a constraint, so every record valid under 0.5.0 stays valid under 0.5.1. Nothing that previously passed now fails.
On the critical path for microsoft/agent-governance-toolkit#3454, which pins
>=0.5.0,<0.6.0and cannot construct a Trust Record at all until this is installable.
